This crowdpleasing dip is made with sweet vidalia onions, lots of cheese and some sourcream to give it some creaminess. Bake until nice and bubbly, then serve with your favorite crackers.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
